Best of Indian Cinema released in the year 1975 is to be praised in the 23rd National Film Awards The National Film Awards gets presented every year >> Read More... . This ceremony is organised by Ministry of Information and Broadcasting and represented by Directorate of Film Festivals. In this function, an introduction of two new awards is made for the short films category. The awards were Best Newsreel Cameraman and Best News Review. The two new awards welcomed with a Certificate and a Rajat Kamal (Silver Lotus). After few years, the awards for these two were discontinued. It was divided into non-feature and feature films.
