Kaala Teeka is an Indian Serial drama television serial, which airs every Mon-Sat at 07:00 pm on Zee TV. This show is produced by FJ’s creative unit. This show shows a story against the Indian stereotypes and the complicated superstitions. Kaala Teeka is the story of Vishwaveer Jha who always tries to protect his only daughter Gauri. He discovers that only a baby girl who has been abandoned can protect his daughter Gauri from the familial curse.

Sometimes, she is even seen writing exams on Gauri’s behalf. She faces a great deal of obstacles throughout her life and hatred from Vishwaveer. Kalyani (her bhabhi) kills Manijri and Kaali is blamed for this particular murder.. But Vishwaveer takes the blame on himself in order to protect Gauri as he knows that only Kaali can protect her daughter from the curse. As a result, Vishwaveer is imprisoned for 14 long years. And after the completion of the age of 14, Kaali and Gauri grow up.

Kaali grows up to intelligent and a superb singer, however, all the credits of her work were taken by Gauri. Kaali writes exams and sings for Gauri. One day, a boy named Yug hears Kaali sing and is taken aback by her voice. He tries to find her but is unable to do so. Everyone thinks that Gauri is the one singing so beautifully and so does Yug. From here on starts the story of Kaali, Yug, and Gauri. It becomes a love triangle, and it is really interesting to know who is going to be the first one getting married and who will be left out.
