Meri Saheli was a lifestyle show that aired on Indian entertainment channel Star Plus with target audience as women. It started its broadcast on Star Plus in the year 2000 at the afternoon slot. It also featured a section for fitness tips also. “Meri Saheli” also featured celebrity interviews, their struggle and success stories, career and parenting tip sand also provided information on latest fashion trends, delicious food recipes and many useful tips for managing our day to day household chores and our daily life more efficiently.
