The show explores the relationship of Aarav and Arundati who share a in loving relationship . Both of them wish to marry each other and live a blissful married life.

Aarav is fond of surprising and pampering Arundati. After facing all the struggles finally their marriage is fixed. However, on their wedding night, Arundati learns that Aarav doesn't love her and is seeking revenge because she had slapped him in the past. She confronts Aarav, who leaves her alone in the wedding hall. Arundati is heartbroken. Later, she comes to know that she is pregnant with Aarav’s child. However, due to stress, she is unable to deliver the child who then dies. Arundati then gathers courage and decides to teach Aarav a lesson for betraying her. She goes to Aarav's home and starts staying there as his wife. However, she is mistreated and disrespected by Aarav who tries every possible trick to malign her and throw her out of his house. But he never succeeds in his evil mission. Meanwhile, Aarav has a tiff with his father and kills him.

Arundati comes to know about Aarav's deeds, and on further investigation, she realizes that Aarav had also killed his mother because he couldn't see her in pain due to her constant fights with Aarav's father, and that Aarav had a murky past related to his birthday when he was nine-year-old. To know more about it, she organizes a party which is similar to his ninth birthday party but a mishap occurs with Aarav, and he ends up losing his memory and starts behaving like a nine-year-old. Arundati takes good care of him and comes to know that Aarav witnessed his father and his maternal aunt's illicit affair during his ninth birthday party.

His maternal aunt married his father afterward. Unfortunately, he was also molested the same day by a worker who worked at his place. Arundati discusses all this with Aarav's doctor, and together they plan to bring his molester in front of Aarav so that he remembers everything. Simultaneously, Aarav's step-mother lays a trap to kill both Aarav and Arundati , to become the sole owner of Aarav's businesses and properties. Arundati's plan works, Aarav regains his memory, and both of them then teach his step-mom a lesson. The first episode and last episode came out on June 20, 2016 and September 26, 2016 respectively.
