It is a very unique story of a love triangle showing the obsession of love. The show starts within a mall of Dubai where Zoya is shown to be wandering around. She sees a cute doll and buys it and Zohaib also sees the same doll and pleads to Zoya to give him the doll, but she denies saying that she found it first. Zohaib sits on a bench alone after getting upset.

After some time, Zoya comes there and gives him the doll. After some hours, Zohaib finds Zoya sitting outside all alone, and it turns out that her car is not working so he gives her a ride. On the way, she requests him for playing loud music.Shecontinues doing childish things. She faints suddenly, so Zohaib takes her to a hospital where it is revealed that she is anorexic and has not eaten anything from a couple of days. Zoya's Ami, Sheena, learns about her being in the hospital and comes there. She asks Zoya about Zohaib as she doesn’t know him, to which Zoya says he is her boyfriend which makes Zohaib annoyed and he leaves from there immediately.

The scene shifts to Pakistan where Zahra, Zohaib's wife, is shown to visit her sister's house where she meets her sister's brother-in-law, Asad whom she had rejected years back because of her love for Zohaib making him heartbroken for his entire life. Zahra is always irritated by his presence because she assumes that Asad wants her to feel guilty for breaking his heart. Zohaib returns and gives the doll that Zoya gave him to his daughter.

After seeing the gig tag of Zoya's name, Zahra asks about her to Zohaib to which he narrates everything that happened in Dubai. After some days, he goes to work where he learns that Zoya is Shiraz’s(his boss) daughter. Shiraz asks him to train Zoya as she is not interested in his business and he wants her to be hard-working as Zohaib. It is Zoya's birthday, but she is left alone by her father who goes for a business trip. Zohaib gives her a party to cheer her up, but he forgets that he has his wedding anniversary on the same day.

Shiraz's partner, Zeba, arrives there when they are dancing but Zoya chases her away by talking harshly with her when she starts questioning them as she hates her. On the other hand, Zahra is waiting for Zohaib to return home but he comes very late and dances with her in order to make it up, but he is still thinking about Zoya. Shiraz returns and tells Zohaib to take Zoya for purchasing a painting from an art gallery. Zoya buys one for Zohaib and visits his house to give it to Zahra, and there she reveals about her birthday party which Zohaibhad given her.

Meanwhile, Zeba reveals to Shiraz what she had seen on Zoya's birthday and that she doubts Zohaib is using Zoya to get his money. On hearing all this, Shiraz sends back Zoya to Dubai against her will. Zoya meets Adil there as he is staying in Sheena's house. She starts becoming silent and unhappy and feeling lonely as she misses Zohaib. She tries to call him. Sheena is very worried too see her condition and does her best to make her return to her old self but is unsuccessful.

Zoya refuses Shiraz to marry Adil when he asks her to because of her love for Zohaib. Zohaib is replaced from all of his Dubai assignments by someone else as ordered by Shiraz, so he asks Zoya for help but she denies, and after seeing his greed, she agrees to marry Adil. Meanwhile, Shiraz and Zeba marry, and Zohaib is given his Dubai's project back and meets Zoya. He has coffee with Adil and Zoya where Zoya forgets her phone, so he goes to return it back where they confess their love to each other.

They began dating, and she returns back to her old self. Sheena finds something fishy and later tells Zohaib to leave Zoya. After seeing that everyone is taking his love for Zoya as greed, he leaves his job at the company of Shiraz and goes back to Pakistan to sort things with Zahra. After returning back, he finds out, to what extent Zahra and their daughter are dependent on him and is left confused to leave them or not. He finally decides to leave Zoya and tells her that he cannot marry her and that she should move on. Zoya is heartbroken to listen to this but still agrees and continues her relation with Adil. One day, suddenly Zoya faints, and after going to the hospital, she is revealed to be suffering from brain tumor that too at last stage.

After learning about her sickness, Adil is scared to marry her and thus breaks their engagement. Zoya calls Zohaib telling him what all happened which makes him tensed and he assures her about his love for her and also tells that he will come there. Zahra hears all this and breaks down, but still, she lets him go to Dubai. Zohaib is successful to bring Zoya back to life and gets married to Zoya. Zahra is totally devastated by listening to this news and is supported by Asad. Asad takes care of Zahra’s daughter, and also tries to bring her back to life and feels that he has won her.

Meanwhile, Zoya faints and is found out to be pregnant. Zeba is against this pregnancy and reasons out that her sickness is the reason of this, but Shiraz denies listening to her. Zeba starts getting jealous of Zoya and wants her own child as she doesn’t want Zoya's child to get all of Shiraz's empire. Zahra is asked by her sister to marry Asad to which she finally agrees. Asad's mother is about to die and requests Zahra to take the decision in Asad's favor. Asad starts missing his mother a lot after her death and asks Zahra for marriage, but Zahra just leaves the room without saying anything. Then, Zahra gets the divorce papers from Zohaib, and she has to sign it against her will.

Zeba continues to pressurize Shiraz for a child which he denies so she accuses him that he loves only Zoya and wants her child to have everything. He finally reveals that all the money, property is not his but belongs to his ex-wife so only Zoya and her child has all the right over it according to her will. After knowing this, Zeba leaves him. Meanwhile, Zohaib begins missing his daughter and also Zahra and tries to call them and later learns about what happened. He later requests Zoya to keep his daughter with them to which she accepts, so they go to Pakistan. There, after seeing Zohaib, Zahra gets very emotional and hugs him saying how much she missed him.

After seeing all this, Asad leaves from there forever with only Zahra's memories. Zohaib finally reveals that he married Zoya only to give her some happiness in her last days which is overheard by Zoya and she faints. Later, Zoya gives birth to her daughter and requests Zahra to become her mother to which Zahra agrees. After that, Zoya dies. After that, it is shown that Zahra is taking care of the daughter of Zoya who is also named Zoya and Zohaib asks her forgiveness to which she replies that she has forgiven him, but it would take time for her to completely forget everything after what he did to her.
