DID Season 4 is the fourth installment of the famous dance reality TV show "Dance India Dance". The concept of the show is adapted from the Bangla version of the show which was aired on ZEE Bangla by the name "Dance Bangla Dance". UTV Software Communications has produced the show under it production banner. The show gained popularity in its first three seasons and was racing among the established shows for TRP. It is widely appreciated by all the critics and is a great platform for budding dancers. The motive of the show us to provide opportunities to young and raw dancing talents of the nation to prove themselves and showcase their skills. It aims at grooming the talented ones into a mature and thinking dancers who can impart the knowledge and skills to the upcoming generations.

They have already hosted two seasons of the show and are ready to anchor this season as well. The concept of the show is kept the same again in this season as well. The participants will have to attend the auditions that are organized at the cities. They will have to appear further through a channel of screenings to get on the main stage of the show. Those who fails to pass the screenings after the auditions are evicted from the show. It will feature eighteen contestants at the start excelling in various dance forms of their respective fields. They will have to perform in various other dance forms to survive in the show. Contestants can either perform their acts in solo, duel or groups. The performances will be judged by the panel as well as the viewers of the show.

The final judgment will be compiled votes of the audience with the scores of the judges. The contestant with the lowest scores will be eliminated from the show. Eviction is done on a weekly basis. However, it can be postponed if the judges are on the same page. The show is a great stage to showcase the dancing skills. The winner of the show gets a cash prize as a reward and is awarded by the title "India's Best Dancer". The show is being judged by Grandmaster Mithun Chakraborty.
