The series is about a matron named Granny’s three pets namely: Tweety, Sylvester Cat and a Bulldog named Hector who enjoy solving mysteries. Although they work together to solve mysteries Sylvester is routinely trying to eat Tweety. Hence Granny instructs Hector to protect Tweety by being her guardian angel.

Their owner Granny is a travelling detective involved in the investigation of missing objects and suspicious events at different parts of the world. He attempts to eat Tweety which starts a feud between the two. Although they are constantly against each other Sylvester will do his best to defend Tweety against threats from others. But sometimes instead of chasing Tweety Sylvester is curious about the surrounding and actively explores it. This causes Sylvester to deal with many awkward situations often causing a lot of physical damage to him.

Sylvester usually discovers many clues regarding the cases but is jealous of Tweety. On the other hand, Tweety mostly accompanies Granny. The duo of Tweety and Sylvester can pair up well when defending granny against threats. Hector is not only protective of Tweety but also of Sylvester and Granny against predators.

Most of the mysteries start when Granny travels to different places to participate in Canary events and races but are approached by locals there to solve crimes. Granny is very protective of Tweety and is not hesitant to teach Sylvester a lesson if he intends to hurt Tweety. But she entrusts Sylvester to guard the group. In the final episode, Sylvester can finally eat up Tweety, but it later turns out to be his dream.
