It had successfully run over 250 episodes when Archana came to play the role of Jyothi. Vinay plays the villain, Narayana. Media house production produced this serial. Syed Ashraf directed the serial. B. Suresha is the scriptwriter. 'Jeevanadi' in reality is marked to river Cauvery. The story revolves around Jyothi, a girl from a middle-class family. She faces many difficulties and sustains all brunt in her life to succeed in her goal. She aims to study well and work for the betterment of society. But her dreams get brittles when her mother forcefully get her married. Her husband deceives her and tries to abort the child. Later, she divorces him and decides to nurture the child alone. How she manages to grow up to the child alone and also fulfills her goals forms the crux of the story.
Jyothi becomes the lawyer then and leads a happy life. The role of Jyothi is challenging and as a scope to explore. Will Jyothi Survive her life? Will this society accept her? Will she work for the betterment of society? Will the hurdles leave from her life? Will her struggle to lend a hand to life? The answers form the rest of the story. People show interest in the watch because of an individual effort to lead her life. Her tolerance, patience, satisfaction, concern to society adds an extra feature to rush to the show.
