In this form, the dancers paint their entire body as that of a tiger, and perform on the stage depicting the body language of the same. The dance form mainly inculcates a bunch of acrobatic moves and a lot of body stretching. The artists has a fierce attitude when the get onto the stage to perform. The show pools all the best dancers of the form in the region and gives them a great opportunity and exposure to showcase their talent to the world. The first season gave a beginning to the show but it actually really lifted up during the second season. One of the reason for the same could be the popularity and success of the first instalment that encouraged the artists in the field to come up and contest in completion.

And the second reason for the same could be spread of more awareness about the show, The concept of the show portrays a normal and healthy competition among the teams of artists performing their acts. The tiger dance competition is conducted between the top 15 teams Dakshina Kannada, who compete with each other for the title of the best dance group and a good cash prize of rupees two lakh. The competition is judged by some famous personalities of the local region who have immense knowledge of the dance form. Many artists as individuals and as a group have come into recognition and gained fame among the audiences and the dance experts after being part of the competition. Season two proved to be a success.
