Sevanthi Sevanthi is a drama soap opera in the Kannada language that airs on the channel, Kalki TV. Kalki TV is a new 24x7 entertainment channel in the Kannada language. The channel is owned by The White Horse Network Services Private Limited. The show, Sevanthi Sevanthi was launched in the year 2015. The first episode was aired on 9th November 2015. The show was a primetime Kannada show which was aired from Monday to Friday, every week. The show had had more than 70 episodes. Each episode lasted for 30 minutes. Sevanthi Sevanthi is a daily soap in the drama and fiction category. The show is a family drama revolving around two half sisters.

The elder sister is the daughter of the first wife. The first wife is very poor and has had a very struggling life. She raises her daughter all by herself but has given her very good upbringing. Her daughter believes in honesty and has principles in life. She is a good human. The second wife is a very rich woman. She has a lavish lifestyle and is very arrogant in nature. Her daughter, the younger sister, also grows up to become equally spoilt and arrogant. The father now repents marrying the second wife as she makes his life miserable and has not brought up their daughter well. The two sisters come across each other many a times in the show, unaware of their relation. They both end up falling in love with the same guy.

The guy has no purpose or goals in life. He just spends his days lurking around and doing nothing. He eventually falls in love with the elder sister. She gives him motivation and purpose in life. She makes him a better man, and they plan to begin their lives together. However, the younger sister comes to know about this and is very furious. She wants to get the guy for herself at any cost. She starts creating rifts between her sister and the guy. She tries to get closer to the guy than her sister is. However, the guy understands her intensions and doesn’t want to fall prey to it. The story starts unfolding from there.

How the sisters get to know about their relation and who ends up getting the guy. Does the elder sister give up her love for her younger sister or the younger sister gives up her stubbornness for her sister is what makes up the storyline for the show. The show brings together a very talented star cast of young and experienced actors, all together in the same frame.
