Sabarimala Sreedharmasastha is a religious show that is telecasted on one of the earliest, the most-watched and very popular ‘Malayalam’ channel, ‘Asianet’. The temple at ‘Sabarimala’ is of ‘Ayyappan’, who is also known as ‘Dharmasastha’. ‘Sabarimala’ has the most prominent ‘Ayyappan’ shrine in all over the world. This temple is situated amidst 18 hills. These hills are surrounded by dense forest from all sides. This dense forest is the ‘Periyar Tiger Resort’, also called as ‘Poongavanam’.
