Thadangal Palayam is a Malayalam famous television serial which aired on Asianet. Asianet is a popular 24-hour Malayalam channel which is owned by Star India. It was founded in 1993 and till today is known to have one of the best shows in its name. Thadangal Palayam is one such show in its kitty. It saw Anoop, Rajeev, Renjini Menon and Lena in the lead roles. The story was about a young man named Vincent. The serial showed the struggles and problems that occur in Vincent’s life and how he overpowers these struggles by being strong and being a good person. He has always had a dream to be an IPS officer. He had worked really hard to achieve his goal and did not leave any stone unturned to become an officer.

Everything was going smoothly, until one day when he gets tricked by his so called friend's who labels him as a miscreant. He doesn't accept his fate and let this deceit by his friends pull him down. He fights with destiny and does his best in proving to the world that he is innocent and capable of being an IPS officer. The story revolves around the trials and tribulations faced by the young man in proving his innocence and establishing his worth in the society. This show is directed by Swathi Bhaskaran. It aired every weekday at 9.30 pm on Asianet. It is a very old serial and dates back to 8 to 9 years old. This show was widely liked by the audience and they watched it religiously regularly.
