Junior Genius is a reality quiz show which came on the channel Amrita TV. It is a Malayalam language program which came on every weekend between Saturday and Sunday in the one-hour time slot between 8 and 9 PM. It features as an edutainment program for kids and aims to become a platform for the gifted children who possess extraordinary knowledge and wisdom. The contestants who get invited on the show are all between the age bracket of twelve and fifteen years old. The series got directed by none other than the acclaimed Ramesh. He is also acting as the producer of the show. Junior Genius has managed to garner a lot of mixed reviews from the viewer base. They have heard both positive as well as negative reviews of the program with people appreciating a lot of things but also critiquing certain aspects.
