Malayalam Tv Show Little Scholar Season 6

Malarvadi Little Scholar or just Little Scholar is an educational and entertainment program for kids, which airs on Media One channel. The show airs every Sunday at 5:30 pm. It recently broadcasted its sixth season. The show is telecasted mainly in Malayalam and English. The show includes a wide variety of acts for kids to enjoy and learn. Little Scholar is primarily a quiz show program that tries to educate kids about various subjects through quizzes. These quizzes cover a long range of topics including science, arts, sports, entertainment, civics, history, current events and much more.

The show takes participants from schools all around Kerala. 8 kids are randomly selected, who take part in a single or sometimes multiple episodes. The children are split into four teams of two players, each that play against each other. The teams are named after famous personalities like Isaac Newton, APJ Abdul Kalam, Thomas Edison, Pablo Picasso, etc. The format of the show is simple. The contestants answer simple questions from various topics for points. Each episode comprises of two segments. In the first segment, the participants try to answer the question with the help of multiple options.

Each team answers a different question. In the second segment, the contestants have to guess the answer with the help of visual pictures displayed on the screen. However, all the teams get the same questions. Teams that answer successfully are awarded with points. The team with most points, in the end, proceeds to the next round. As the season progresses, various teams successively go through to the next round. The season concludes with a Grand Finale to find and crown the winner duo. The show is hosted by the world renowned magician and motivational speaker Gopinath Muthukad.

He is famous for his escape acts, similar to Houdini and his motivational talks around the world. While hosting the show and asking questions, Gopinath also performs magic acts in between the quizzes. These are quite straightforward and easy for the kids to enjoy as well as perform. He also talks about motivational stuff and educates children about various subjects. The show is a mixture of entertainment, education, and fun for children. It educates them on various topics while simultaneously entertaining them with magic tricks by Gopinath.
