Mambazham Season 10 is the 10th season of a reality TV show, and this show aired on Kairali TV Channel. Mambazham TV show is a reality show based and it speaks about some of the evergreen Malayalam poems. Mambazham is surely an ear fest for the old poetry lovers. In this show, the contestants recite the lyrics of great poets. In Malayalam language, Mambazham means a ripe mango. Mambazham show is named after the poet Vailopilli Sreedhara Menon's most famous and celebrated poem, Mambhazham, which was penned in 1936. Mambhazam poem narrates the memories of an unfortunate mother who lost her child. It was a collection of the lyrics in the Onam Edition of the Mathru Bhumi newspaper.
Mambazham TV show anchor is Kripa, and she is a south Indian actress and also acted in many Malayalam films. Kripa married to Pradeep, who is the son of famous writer late Mullanezhi Neelakantan Namboodiri. She is a great anchor with a sweet voice and looks traditional. Krithika, Anantha Lakshmi, Shambavi, Soorya, Anagha Lakshmi, Jigson, and Amrith Raj are some of the Mambhazham show's contestants. Judges have a good knowledge of poetry and music. Also, talented musicians play the background music for the poem, which is sung by the contestants. Among all the contestants, good performers are selected for the next round.
All this process continues until the semi-finals and finally, the grand finale, the grand finale, held on 29 November 2015. In Grand Finale, everyone performed marvelously. Finally, all the judges came to the scene, and the anchor Kripa announced the winner names one by one in ascending order. All the participants receive the title shield and certificates. Adarsha got third prize, one lakh cash prize, Ardra got second prize and two lakhs cash prize, Amrith Raj got first prize and three lakhs cash prize.
