After the death of their parents, Jeevika and Manvi decide to leave Delhi and move into their ancestral property in Hrishikesh. During this time, Virat and Viren (the two handsome brothers) enter the lives of Jeevika and Manvi. The brothers hail from Chandigarh. Virat was on the verge of discovering his life and wanted to become a great musician and Viren was an established lawyer. Viren and Jeevika get engaged. A little confusion occurs due to Dr.Manan, who was Jeevika’s previous suitor. However, Jeevika and Viren fall in love, get married and to move to Chandigarh.

After Jeevika and Viren’s marriage , Manvi suddenly discovers that she is suffering from blood cancer and needs a bone marrow transplant to in order to save her life. Meanwhile, Jeevika and Viren are expecting a baby. Jeevika is the only person who can save Manvi’s life as she has the same blood type and is a matche for the bone marrow transplant. Therefore, the couple decides to abort the baby and help Manvi. As things move on smoothly, another problem occurs with Riya’s entry into the story. She is the former lover of Sambhav, who is a friend of Viren. In due course, Sambhav mistakens Riya’s relationship with Viren and eventually kills her and Viren gets arrested for the murder . Later Jeevika helps her husband get out of this trouble. Soon Jeevika again tries to conceive but unfortunately cannot .

Therefore, she seeks the help of Vidhi who is a surrogate mother. In the end, Vidhi and Manvi, both deliver baby girls. Jeevika and Viren name their daughter ‘Mansi’.
