Mangalyam - This serial is a story of a girl and a boy who loves each other very much. Both of them are in their young age when they start loving each other. But their families are against their love . Because of this, they both run away from their houses and get married. Their parents file a complaint of missing in Police Station. Police starts their investigation to search for them. After two years of their marriage, girl’s father sees her daughter in a shop buying some household goods. Seeing her father the girl runs away, and her father starts following her finally her father catches her.

Later, both girl and the boy will be brought back to their houses. After few days, the girl’s father fixes her marriage with a gentleman, who happens to be the owner of his Company. As the girl was against this marriage, she attempts for a suicide, but her mother catches her and stops her from doing anything further. Her mother loves her very much, and she informs all these happenings to her husband. After all this, her father agrees to their marriage and goes to the boy’s house to fix their marriage . So they get married again with each other in front of their families and relatives with all proper customs.
