En Autograph is a talk show in which celebrities talk about their love life, before marriage and after marriage stories and best moments of their lives. The show invites a celebrity couple to decode the mystery of their lives before marriage and then life after marriage. Shruthi Vijayakumar is the anchor of the show, for each of the three segments. The first segment is Thirumanathirku, in which couples talk about their childhood memories, school/ college days, how they met and much more.
The second part is Engal Thirumanam in which the couple talks about their marriage and the experience with the rituals. And the final segment is where couples talk about their most memorable moments. The first episode came out on April 16, 2016 with Sanjay and Preethi, as the celebrity guests. They talked openly and shared their experiences. The next episode was with

In the eighth episode, Mr Bose Venkat and his wife Mrs. Sonia, they shared their childhood memories and moments with great pleasure. In the eleventh episode, Mr Samuthirakani and Mrs S. Jaya were the guests. The show continued with more guests until episode seventeen. Every week for 17 episodes 17 couples came and shared their most memorable and fun childhood memories, their marriage life and most precious moments.
