Margazhi, the word simply means the time of year when our planet Earth is closest to the Sun. ‘Thiruvizha’ means festival in English. Together they mean the start of the musical festival in the month of December from 16th in Tamil Nadu. This show consists of some of the greatest Indian classical music programs performed by Margazhi Isai Thiru Vizha.
