Padatha Patellam is a Tamil musical show aired on Puthuyugam channel. This show airs every Saturday at 8:30 pm. The guests of this program should sing famous Tamil songs with a condition to sing the lyrics correctly. Popular Tamil soap opera actors, famous singers, are invited to this show to perform.Â
This show has six rounds with the prize pool of INR 5000 for the first round, INR 10000 for the second round, INR 20000 for the third round, INR 30000 for the fourth round, INR 50000 for the fifth round and INR 100000 for the sixth and final round. The second and fourth rounds are safe rounds as per the rules of the show.
The guests will be getting categories like actors, actresses, music directors, lyricists, and directors. They have to choose one and then will get sub-categories like the names of the people of the previous category chosen, and will be given a song from that sub-category to sing on the spot. They have to sing with right lyrics and that's the challenge.
