Vaanampaadi is a music reality TV show. It was aired on the channel, Kalaignar TV in 2010. The show was hosted by the legendary singer, SP Balasubrahmanyam. One of the most prolific singers of the Indian music industry, SP Balasubrahmanyam, was known for his involvement with the Tamil and Telegu music reality shows, be it as hosting or as a judge. Vaanampaadi had contestants perform in front of a panel of judges. The format was similar to the signature music competitions, like Sa Re Ga Ma Pa. Each week, a visiting creator judged the contestants’ performance. The show had received a wide fan base and audience.
