Designer Dish is a cooking-based show in the Telugu language that is usually aired on the channel, ETV Abhiruchi which is one of the sister channels of the ETV network which is fully dedicated to food and cooking. The show, Designer Dish is a fairly new show on the channel and it was launched in the year 2017. The pilot episode of the show was aired on 13th August 2017. The show has aired around 60 episodes ever since. The show airs on two days in a week, Thursdays and Fridays. Each episode airs for around half an hour. Designer Dish is a fashionable cooking show which focuses on creating delicious food recipes from leftover ingredients. All of us face this problem of leftover food almost every day and we don’t can figure out what to do with them.

In such scenarios, the food gets wasted which is something no one feels happy about. Designer Dish brings a range of recipes which can be created from leftover vegetables and meats. In this show, there are two hosts. The hosts also bring special guests or home cooks who share their expertise in food and also their experience in turning left over's into fresh and new recipes. The show also celebrates various occasions like Durga Ashtami, Navaratri, Onam, and Diwali, etc., and also has a special set of episodes on baking or oven cooked recipes. The recipes shown in the show are not only snacks and starters, but also fall into the category of main courses and desserts.
