Diet Menu is a cooking related show in the Telugu language that airs on the food-based channel, ETV Abhiruchi which is one of the sister channels of the ETV network which is fully dedicated to food and cooking. The show, Diet Menu was launched in the year 2017. The first episode of the show was premiered on the day of Sankrantis, that is, on 13th January 2017. The show has had more than a 100 episodes to date and is still in the running. The show is usually aired through Mondays to Fridays at 11:15 am. The episodes of the show are each thirty minutes long. Diet Menu is a food-based show where the focus is on creating a perfect diet menu with the perfect blend of healthy food recipes and drinks. The show introduces the idea of a simple and moderately balanced and healthy menu for a healthy lifestyle. In the show, the host of the show does not cook for the viewers.

The best part of the show is that they call upon a special guest to cook in the show, Dr. Janaki Sreenath. She is a nutritionist and also the chef of the show. Dr. Janaki has worked with various major medical institutions in the country. She tells the viewers about healthy food and also gives them tips on how to make healthy meal choices regularly. She also shares her experience as a nutritionist and tells people about the nutrition contents in the recipes she creates on the show. Some of the recipes show shows on the show are also specially created for people suffering from various problems, illness or diseases like an ulcer, diabetes, heart issues, etc. These recipes are very simple to make and healthy and yet delicious to eat. Dr. Janaki shows equal numbers of food recipes and healthy drink recipes on the show. She also gives various alternates between sweet and savory health foods.
