Inspector Kiran belongs to drama genre. It comes on Zee Telugu from Monday to Saturday at 10:30 pm. It includes the story of Kiran who is a lady inspector and completely dedicated to her profession. She is in a profession which is considered to be the most male dominated one so what would happen when she gets in it. It shows her sincere efforts and determination to make a mark in her profession. In her journey, she meets a constable with whom she forms a special bond.

Then the story revolves around these two individuals about how they fulfill their dreams. The show starts with a marriage proposal for Kiran. In front of groom’s family, she appears to be very simple and shy but later calls him in her room for talking, appearing in her police uniform. In a case, she is successful to catch Natasha who is the culprit finally and makes her confess her crimes. After that, she has to take Sai to her home, but her mother starts thinking him to be her boyfriend. Next case of her is of Gauri’s death, and she promises herself that she would catch the culprit anyhow.

She inspects the spot and her body for any evidence and then starts interrogating the neighbors, telling Karthik to collect fingerprints and other evidence. She is finally successful in catching Sarpanch red handed and has to place the gun on his forehead when he denies from telling the truth. Sarpanch, after getting scared, finally confesses everything but this incident leaves Srinu confused as to how she found Sarpanch’s ring on the spot.

The next case includes Vanaja and Bhaskar. Vanaja tries to misguide Kiran by giving her doctor’s call after which she slaps Suresh and tells Srinu to release Alivelu for which VanajaThanksBhaskar. Bhaskar reveals that they are now going to Goa and not to Dubai, but they are caught by police. Vanaja tries to beg forgiveness from Suresh, but he tells her to wait for the divorce. Srinu is chided by Kiran for sleeping when he should be thinking about the next case. Next case which comes is a psycho is marrying all the girls of the city.

Kiran suspects Ravi but is left shocked when she receives a call from another victim girl while Ravi is locked up in prison. Srinu successfully catches the real culprit and handovers him to Kiran. Later, Ravi is released by Kiran, and she tells him and his girlfriend about the real culprit. The next few episodes are based on black money and exchanging of old notes. Once again, groom’s family comes to Kiran’s house. Srinu imagines Kiran to be dressed in traditional clothes that too for him and gets impressed, but she comes out in uniform which leave groom’s family shocked.

In next case, Kamala is lied to, saying her baby was stillborn even though she had listened to the cries as his in-laws and husbands decide to kill the baby when she was unconscious. Kiran’s family is invited by Ranga Rao for his daughter’s wedding which gives reason to her mother to start forcing for her to marry. Later, they discuss dowry for which Ranga Rao tells them to join chit fund chinnodu which her mother joins but all people are deceived by Chinnodu as he turns out to be a fraud which makes many people suffer, even one of them commit suicide whereas Chinnodu undergoes cosmetic surgery.

One woman even chides Kiran for not finding him and threatens to pay all the amount if she fails to find him, but Kiran denies and asks for one more day from Commissioner. The next case is of a missing woman who worked as cook and maid. Kiran’s family start doing different weird antics to convince her to marry, liking showing her pictures, giving all replies to her in the form of wedding songs, etc. The show is a perfect combination of fun and inspiring elements.
