Maro charitra is a melodrama that revolves around a beautiful girl Manasa.Manasa is an orphan and rose by a sister in orphanage. When she grew up, mother brings a marriage proposal for Manasa. Manasa agrees the proposal out of the gratitude towards mother.But the truth about the guy who marries manasa is soon relieved. He marries Manasa by hiding his identity. He makes Manasa life miserable and helpless Manasa run out of the house to protect her. Manasa while running outta house meets with an accident and admitted in the hospital by Vamsi, who hits manasa. Knowing about Manasa ‘s sad story, Vamsi and his wife --decides to help her.
Vamsi brings Manasa home and ask her to take care of domestic work at house. Vamsi’s mother who hates poor is not happy with the idea of helping the orphan girl. Going against her mother will Vamshi continues to protect Manasa from all the evil forces.Other side, Vamsi’s young and energetic brother chaitanya who is of Manasa age tries to make her laugh with his jokes. Being warned by Vamsi ‘s mother, Manasa tries to avoid facing Chaitanya and never accepts his friendship.Meanwhile Chaitanya develops feelings towards Manasa and wants to marry her.How Manasa and chaitanya get married is the story.
