It is hosted by popular Telugu actors Suma and Mano. The show has seen some guest appearances during it's run-time. It has seen its fair share of popular Telugu comedians who perform their material for a live audience. The audience is regaled with their comedic performances. These are sometimes assisted by the two hosts of the show. Interaction with the audience is also encouraged so that all those in attendance, can also be involved in the bits. One of the hosts of the show, Suma Kannakala, has been a host since the age of 21. She is considered one of the ideal candidates to host the show due to her quick wit and immediate comebacks. She is fluent in a great number of languages, including Malayalam, Hindi, English and Telugu.

Nagoor Babu, known by his stage name of Mano, is the second host for the show. He is predominantly a singer and has recorded a great many songs in numerous languages. They both keep the upbeat tone of the show intact and are a great addition to all the comedy bits that takes place. One of the special episodes of the program saw a guest appearance by actors Swapna Madhuri (who goes by the name Madhumitha) and Siva Balaji, who are a real-life couple. Deviating from the usual style of the show opening with a monologue by the host followed by the first act, this episode began with the audience asking questions to the star couple, who then gave funny replies to all the queries.
