This reality show focuses on finding hidden talent in the field of singing. The first episode of Padutha Theeyaga Series 12 aired on 10th October 2016. One of the most prominent judges of the show is Dr. S. P. Balasubrahmanyam, who is a famous playback singer hailing from Andhra Pradesh. He is known for his contribution in many Telugu films and is also a recipient of the national award. Sugandhini, a singer from the city of Nellore, was the winner of the show. Nada Priya, who was also from Nellore, was the runner up of the show, and Ganesh from Hyderabad was the second runner-up. The grand finale of Padutha Theeyaga Series 12 was aired on 30th April 2017.
