The film was released on 29 March 2013 in the banner of UTV Motion Pictures.

Her second film was Sathiyo Chalyo Khodaldham, a Gujarati drama film directed by Samir Jagot. It was produced by Mihir Patel and released in 11 July 2014. Leena played the character of Arushi Patel in this film.
