MTV Connected is a Hindi language TV show that aired on the channel MTV in the year 2009. The show was hosted by anchor Nikhil, and the special judges were the celebrity twins, Raghu and Rajeev. MTV Connected was a game show for twins. The show has arranged auditions for twins from all over the country. Young adults occupied a majority of the contestants, and there were few teens. The show started with 15 identical twins, eight out of which went into the next round. The show, MTV Connected, was testing the connection between the twins. It didn’t necessarily test the IQ level or the talent or the genius of the contestants.
IT tested the level of connection between the twins. They could be stupid, but they both had to be stupid equally or on a similar level. Those twins who answered similarly to the questions given, imitated each other well, displayed a similar affinity for some things, had similar talents, had similar interests, had the most understanding, are the ones who were destined to win. The host has arranged different types of games and levels to test this connection between the brothers or sisters. Those who did not show a strong connection were eliminated as the show went along. Only one set of twins won the ultimate title.
