and the male lead by Deepak Gowda. The plot of the story revolves around a lively girl called Meera, who is the daughter of a chef working for a wealthy family called the Rajagurs. The elder son of the Rajagurs’ family is Saaket and his wife is Ahalya, who in everyone’s eyes, is the perfect daughter-in-law. The younger son is Aniketh. Meera, though the daughter of a worker, mingled with the Rajagurs like a family member, so much that Aniketh fell in love with her. Ahalya, unhappy with the attention an outsider is getting from her family, persuades Meera to get married to a guy names Pratheek so that she will get out of the house. Saaket, who knew about Aniketh’s love for her, does all he can to stop the wedding, but all his efforts were futile.
With the wedding bells getting louder and louder, Meera realizes that agreeing to marry Pratheek was a mistake as she was in love with Aniketh. When she confesses her love for Aniketh, they both get married. The story doesn’t end there. Even though everyone treated Meera as a family before the wedding, they were brainwashed into not trusting her with serious family issues. In the last few episodes of the serial, the family faces a threat, which Meera takes upon herself to take care of. With no one trusting her with the job, she faces all the difficulties and proves them wrong. This daily soap drew the attention of many viewers who live for drama. With 418 episodes, the show kept the viewers engaged until the very end.
