In today's world, it is seen that the society we live in demands certain things from us to be a part of it. Yashma’s character is no different. In order to be accepted by the family and society she follows every word and order of everyone to please everybody just so she can feel included in society and accepted by the family.

The couple is shown to be madly in love with each other but as the title suggests the show is about the right of a bride. When both the families of the groom and the bride present different terms and conditions according to their beliefs then both the bride and the groom find themselves in a dilemma which results in them keeping apart from each other and suffering in silence. They both try to convince their own families and try to get reunited as one but when the conditions become too much to bear then both of them decide to fight for their rights. The bride in particular decides for herself that if any progress is to be made then she will have to break certain rules and disobey some orders in order to do something good. She learns that not everyone can be pleased all at once and it will always create conflicts and differences. But she never gives up and always keeps fighting for her love, eventually succeeding to reunite with her husband.
