The serial starts with Saima and Asad. Saima and Asad are in love and plan to marry each other. Finally, they get married but they keep their marriage a secret upon Asad’s wishes. They keep their marriage hidden from the eyes of society and even their family. The show’s main plot is the private marriage that has always been secret to people. However, this decision of secret marriage does not end well. The show is about a sorrowful tale of Siama and Asad’s marriage.

Initially, Saima and Asad's relationship is wonderful and they find bliss in the secret comfort of each other. They are quite happy as they enjoy a beautiful life. One fine day, Saima discovers she is pregnant. She is expecting Asad's child and is happy for a new member of their family. She was overjoyed with happiness and could not wait to give this news to Asad. What was supposed to be good news becomes a tragedy for her. Asad leaves abruptly and does not return home ever again. He leaves Saima permanently without knowing that she is pregnant with his child. Saima is left confused and broken. Her world seems to crash around her as she is left all alone due to Asad's fleeing. She has to now deal with the terrible consequences of his betrayal and fake promises alone.

Saima struggles to find the strength and courage to go on with her life. Her heartbreak is too much for her to handle. She feels that she has nothing else to live or. But her unborn child gives her strength. She is determined to give birth to this love child. She is determined to tackle the difficulties of being a single mother in a traditional society. She bravely challenges her loss of her husband and betrayal by keeping her dignity intact. As her pregnancy continues, Saima takes solace and happiness in her thoughts of her unborn child. She finds the courage to fight against all the odds in her thoughts. She comes to terms with the betrayal of the man she once loved. Gradually she learns to deal with the challenges of her newfound motherhood. Her journey is filled with both conquering and tragic events.
