Khana Khud Garam Karo is a Pakistani television series whose title is inspired by a banner from " Aurat March " held in Pakistan during Women's Day 2018. Directed by Kashif Saleem and written by Faiza Iftikhar, this family-friendly series aired on 18 June 2018 on Ary Digital. It's a comedy-drama with a lot of funny moments that can make you laugh until your tummy hurts! This series is also filled with many emotions that don't let the storyline feel hollow. This series plays an essential role in conveying a message about forced traditional roles on women in a friendly manner. The story is based on the life of four main characters that are Rumana ( Aiman Khan ), Manzar ( Affan Waheed ), Jameela ( Nadia Khan ), and Khalid ( Saleem Meraj ). People may be confused that this drama is about reversing traditional roles, which is believed to be harmful to society.
