Noor Imran Mithu is a well-known Bangladeshi film director and actor. The actor and director was born on 5 July 1992 in Faridpur, Bangladesh. Mithu completed his college education at Khulna University. Noor Imran Mithu entered the industry of film with the efforts of Sarwar Farooki. Mithu's main interest lay in filmmaking and so with utter efforts and hustle he came in contact with his favorite director Mostafa Sarwar Farooqi. Mithu first met Farooki in the Balaka cinema during the event of Parson Singular Number. Noor Imran Mithu had little inclination towards acting and so did only a handful of commercials and plays under the direction of Farooki.

Noor Imran Mithu acted in the Eid-inspired show 'For Sale Nah' directed by Mr. Kibria Farooqi who is the younger brother of Mostafa Sarwar Farooqi. Noor Imran Mithu made his debut in 2014 on the silver screens in the movie Ant Story. This movie earned him  Meril Prothom Alo Awards in 2014 in the genre of Best Debut Actor/Actress. Mithu even directed two great dramas for the Bangladeshi TV channel named Channel 1 in 2016. Noor Imran Mithu has made his debut in film directing with the movie  Komola Rocket. He has backed the Best Debut Director category award at Jaffna International Cinema Festival held in Sri Lanka. Noor Imran Mithu is a growing film director backing handful of good Bangladeshi shows.
