Abhijit Bandyopadhyay was a well-known music director born on July 24, 1932, in India. He had two sons and one daughter. He was one of the Bengali Music producers who was also famous for his songwriting skills. He had composed numerous cultural songs like Tung Tang Pianoe Sarati Dupur, Not Thakle, Kichuukhom, O Pakhi Ure As, and many more. He wrote E Jeno Shei Chokh by getting inspired by Snow Flake's song. Abhijit Bandyopadhyay was famous for writing Dustu Mishti (1981), Pujarini +1984), and Je Jon Thake Majhkhane (2006). He died on February 21, 2022, in Kolkata, West Bengal. He died because of prolonged illness.
