Sriparna Roy, also called as the Cutie-Pie of Bengali Television Industry, was born on June 4, 1992 in West Bengal. She is a top performer of the Bengali Television Industry. Sriparna mostly acts in Bengali TV and rarely films. She has acted in a few appearances in Hindi TV shows as well. She initiated her career as a supporting actress 10 years ago, and presently, has blossomed as a female lead actress and stands in the Top 100 List of Bengali Actresses. She completed her graduation from Howrah, which is her hometown. Furthermore, she shifted to Mumbai to start her career in acting and continued to live there for a few years.
Not only that, but she is honored by TV awards like Anandalok Purashkar 2012and Star Jalsha Parivaardue to her hard work. In 2012, Sriparna made her debut for the serial Aanchol, and her character was named Tushu gained her lots of recognition and brought fame too. She has also acted as Goddess Parvathy for Namay Shivay Bengali soap. Her mother tongue is Bengali, and close family-friends like to call her Sri or Guha.
