He is best known for his one-episode appearance as “Jimmy” in "The Jimmy" on Seinfeld. Anthony also portrayed the role of “Jack” on Fox's “The George Carlin Show.”

Starke received a cinematic part of “Dean Conroy" as a paralyzed teenager in the CBS Movie of the Week, “First Steps.” He studied at the prestigious “Marquette University” on a “Liberace Foundation Scholarship for Performance.” His first film, “Nothing in Common,” starring Jackie Gleason and Tom Hanks as Cameron. He also worked with the “Pabst Theater” and the “Wisconsin Shakespeare Company.” At Marquette, he appeared in several plays, including classic, modern, and musical genres. He worked as a full-time actor after acquiring his Bachelor’s degree in “Theater Arts.”

Starke starred as “Russ,” the frat president and resident bully, in the 1987 movie “18 Again.” Martial arts is one of his hobbies. He demonstrated his skills in two scenes with Charlie Schlatter, a renowned actor. He portrayed “Chad Finletter” in the 1988 sequel “Return of the Killer Tomatoes,” “Truman-Lodge” in the 1989 James Bond movie “License to Kill,” and a US Embassy consultant in the 2007 NCIS episode "Designated Target." Between 1998 and 1999, Starke co-starred in “The Magnificent Seven” as “Ezra Standish,” a gambler.

He also played a demon in a fourth-season episode of “Charmed,” released in 2002. He portrayed a recurring role of “Steve Tanner,” the wealthy father of one of the gymnasts from the training center “The Rock,' Lauren Tanner.” In 2009, Stark starred in ABC Family's famous television series "Make It or Break It." He played “Dr. Bob Taylor” in “Baby on Board.” He also portrayed Cece's mother's lover in four episodes of “ Shake It Up Shake It Up - Released on March 30, 2013, by Disne >> Read More... ,” a Disney Channel show.
Stark featured in several movies, including “Nothing in Common (1986), Nowhere to Run (1993), Repossessed (1990), A Christmas Eve Miracle (2015), The Cherry Pick (1996), Baby on Board (2009), How Sweet It Is (2013), Meet My Valentine (2015), and The Scorpion’s Tale (2020).”

He showcased his acting skills in various television series like “Cheers (1992), Seinfeld (1995), The Magnificent Seven (1998-1999), Cold Feet (1999), Charmed (2001), Abby (2003), Prison Break (2005), and Crossing Jordan (2004).” His other works include “Cold Case (2007), Burn Notice (2007), Moonlight (2008), Lie To Me (2009), Castle (2012), Mad Men (2015), and General Hospital (2015).”
