Sivan Spector

She has completed high school at Brandeis University. She took part in several plays throughout high school as an actor, director, writer, producer, and designer. She has political and fun sensibilities as a theatre creator, whether it be through clowning, writing socially relevant plays, or her love onstage. She works as a teaching artist at Watertown Children's Theatre and is a member of the Youth Underground Ambassadors Ensemble at Central Square Theatre in Cambridge. She is well known in Boston for her work as a clown at different parades and as a theatre teacher at the Agassiz Baldwin Community.

She also contributed to the creation of the theatrical puppet movie, "Sir Spanky and the Night King." She played the role of Adah in Tanabata, which was filmed in Varanasi, India, in the fall of 2018. The 2019 NFDC Film Bazaar Recommends in Goa, India, chose this movie. Additionally, through the Boston-based New Opera and Musical Theatre Initiative, she is working with Abbie Goldberg on the original musical Cassandra. She is renowned for her noteworthy performances in movies like The Brittle Thread (2021), Hansel and Gretel, and the Indian-set feature film Jhini Bhini.
