Jake Kasdan

Jacob Jake Kasdan, who is popularly known as Jake Kasdan, was born on 28 October in the year 1974. He is an American, a famous film director, and a casual actor. He was born in Detroit in Michigan, USA. Jake’s family is fully involved in the film industry. Jake is married to Inara George. Jon Kasdan is his brother who is a writer and an actor in the television industry. Jake used to spend time on his father studios. Jake also wanted to become a director. He dropped his higher studies and focused on his writing. Jake earned a badge of boy genius from the low-cost film 'Zero Effect' that came in 1998.

Jake appeared in many photoplays. In 1998, he appeared in 'The Big Chill' film. He played the role of an autograph seeker boy. Then in 1998, he came up acting in a movie named 'Silverado' where he played the role of a stable boy. In the next one, he appeared as an actor was the movie 'The Accidental Tourist'. In this, he played the role of Scott Canfield. Although, he played the role of an actor, but he always wanted to direct films. During his high school, Jake used to write plays. In that course of time, he worked with his father as a production assistant in his father’s movie named 'Grand Canyon'. It came up in 1991. Later, the book was discarded by the box office, but it helped him to develop good relations with a cast member named Bill Pullman, as it would be helping in his career. Jake then started his directing career at Hollywood Play House with the work of stage production.

Coming to the list of his directing career, Jake came up with his first detective comedy film named as 'Zero Effect'. Bill Pullman played the lead role in his movie.
