Jason Collins

Jason Collins is a famous make-up artist and producer. He was born on 12 December 1974 in Fontana, California, USA. He is an expert in giving special effects through his makeup art. He started his company named Autonomous FX in 2005. Here, all the work done by experts in all aspects of makeup and character effects for television.

As a special makeup effects designer, he is responsible for designing and developing makeup and character effects from conception through creation and application on set. He won many Makeup and Hairstyling Guild Awards for his work on the film 'Pam & Tommy. He also received the Best Make-Up award for the movies The Revenant and Kolobos.

He received awards for Best Makeup - Commercials and Music Videos in 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, and 2023 for his work in the TV series American Horror Story. He was also nominated for many awards like Best Makeup - Daytime Television in The Price Is Right, Best Makeup - Commercials and Music Videos in Botched: Season 6 Promo, and Best Period and Character Makeup - Feature-Length Motion Picture in Amsterdam.
