Jake Wood

One of the most renowned actors of TV soaps, Jake Wood, is known popularly for his TV soap "East Enders" where he has acted fabulous, and his acting was praised worldwide. East Enders gained huge popularity. The early life of Jake Wood started in the city of London where he was born. He went to Anna Scher Drama School with the hope of becoming an actor. Jake Wood had the aim of becoming an actor from his teenage years. He had done many serials when he was young and in his drama school.

Some of the plays included May to December, Murder In Mind, Press Gang from the many others. Jake started his career with the movie Flesh And Blood. That was his debut in the world of cinema and from then on, there has been no looking back for Jake Wood. The first huge break that Jake got was in the soap opera East Enders where he played the role of Max Branning. Everyone appreciated his work in East Enders and he won British Soap Awards and also Inside Soap Awards for his outstanding performance in East Enders.

Jake Wood got married and had two kids. He decided to take a long break from East Enders and would return as he promised. He also appeared in the illusionist in the year 2006.

People always waited for what he had to offer. On asking Jake why he has planned to leave East Enders, he replied that he left East Enders for his two children as he plans to spend some more time with his family". He has not taken any break in nine years, and he feels that a break is most needed at this point in his life. Jake Wood has a good approach towards life, and he knows what he wants from his life. He keeps his priority first and works accordingly!!
