She finished her graduation from Harvard University law in the year 1990 when she moved from the Philadelphia zone. She was also Carrie's associate. In the early seasons, she is depicted as manly, wary and angry of men. But this picture diminishes throughout the years. Especially after she becomes pregnant by her long friend, Steve Brady.
