Nev Schulman

Yaniv "Nev" Schulman known as Nev Schulman was born on 26th of September in the year 1984. He is an American actor, photographer, producer, and a TV host by profession. He is currently 32 years of age. He is popular for the documentary named “Catfish” which was released in the year 2010. He also works as a host in MTV Suspect and as an executive producer in the TV series named “Catfish: The TV Show” which was telecast on the channel named “MTV.”

He has also learned dance for five years. After studying dance for five years, he became involved in photography and started taking pictures. His brother’s name is “Ariel.” He is also an actor and a filmmaker. Schulman along with his older brother started a photography and film production company, at the age of 19. In the year 2004, Schulman got engaged with the contemporary ballet community which is situated in New York City and started photographing dance. From the year 2004 to 2006, he studied dance and photography from “Sarah Lawrence College.” Once, Schulman was expelled from college because of hitting a woman on 28th of April in the year 2006. Although, he claimed that it was self-defense.

After that, Schulman became popular for the documentary- “Catfish” in the year 2010. The show was about a couple in real life who love each other and fallen in love on an online platform, but they have not met each other yet. Schulman also had a girlfriend named “Laura Perlongo” who is now his wife. In the month of May 2016, Schulman gave the news of having his first child with his girlfriend named “Laura Perlongo” with whom he got engaged later on. On 26th of May in the year 2016, they tied the knot and got married. Laura gave birth to a baby girl on 21st of October, 2016. The couple named their daughter as “Cleo James.” Yaniv “Nev” Schulman also got nominated in the category of “Choice TV Personality: Male” for Teen Choice Award.
