He is a composer as well as lyricist. One can see his works from the musicals like Bye Bye Birdie, An American Tragedy. She is the sister of Nicholas Strouse who is an actor. One can see him in movies like Doin’ Time on Planet Earth (1998), Hothouse (1988), Law and Order (1990), etc. Victoria has two more brothers, Will Strouse who is also a writer and producer of The Last Travelling Salesman, The Deal, The Last Travelling Salesman on Earth. His other brother is Benjamin Strouse who is the author of Hey Boy. Her mother is Barbera Siman Strouse who is a choreographer. Victoria went to University of Southern California, Los Angeles, California. She did a BA degree from Tufts University, Medford, Massachusetts.

She is a graduate of USC School of Cinema-Television (1996). Her first venture in Hollywood was Mary Jane’s Last Dance. She was pretty successful from the starting of her career in film industry.

She also aspired to become an actor with writing, simultaneously. She wrote the story of New Best Friend that was released in the year 2002.
