Robert C. Bruce was born on October 6, 1914, in Washington, U.S. He was a popular American voice actor who worked on many popular cartoons for Warner Bros. Bruce started his career as a voice actor in 1937 when he worked on the cartoon Rover’s Rival. In 1938, he worked in the Daffy Duck series, The Daffy Doc, voicing the character of Daffy's conscience. Other popular cartoons that Bruce worked on are Fresh Fish (1939), Africa Squeaks (1940), Fair Today (1941), Carzy Cruise (1942), and Buckaroo Bugs (1944). In 1950, Bruce started working as an actor on the TV show NBC Comics. He also started his own production company, Robert C. Bruce Productions. Bruce wrote and produced several TV shows and commercials.
