Joe Lawson is an American television writer, who is also the creator and writer of the GEICO Cavemen commercials, which was created by him while working at The Martin Agency. He had also worked as co-executive producer and writer of the famous company ABC’s short-lived Caveman which was aired on October 2, 2007, to November 13, 2007. Lawson was born in Bristol, Tennessee. He attended Tennessee High School and then Wake Forest University. He has also written some episodes of Modern family such as Great Expectation, Truth be Told, Game changer, After the escaping from party From LA, he Started Spreading the News, Stop the Presses(won the 69th Writers Guild of America Awards), The Amelia Earhart Story, Intermediate Scene Study w/ BoJack Horseman.
