Meera Ali

Meera Ali is a designer and producer. She was born in 1965. She studied Architecture at the Institute of Environmental Design in Gujarat and trained in Prefabricated Systems of Construction in Hartford, USA. She also worked at Alternate Building Technology in Delhi. Kotwara is full of traditional, cultural, and culinary history. Meera Ali organised a self-help group and trained them in traditional craft skills like zardozi and chikan embroidery.
