She first hogged the limelight when she secured the runner up position in “The Great Indian Laughter Challenge (Season 4)” on STAR One.  

Heralter ego “Lalli” still lingers in the mind of viewers. It opened the gate for Bharti and after that there was no stopping for her. She is the Undisputed Comedy Queen of Indian TV. Movie awards are incomplete if there is no item of Bharti Singh is incorporated. She is always there to entertain the crowd in any award function. She has become the much sought out lady of Indian TV industry.

This Amritsar born comedian has appeared as a participant in Comedy Circus's 2010 series. In fact she has appeared in all the versions of Comedy Circus. Her pairing with Sidhartha Jadhav in comedy circus series was hilarious. People use to laugh a lot seeing them on stage. She has re-established the position of comedians in the Indian TV industry and became the source of inspiration for many comedians in India. Bharti Singh popularly known as Bharti was born on 3rd July 1986. She was raised in Amritsar by a single mother. Bharti is known for her comedy and acting. She initially appeared as a contestant on the stand-up comedy show “Great Indian Laughter Challenge Season 4”. She was the runner-up in the show. Her character ‘Lalli’ became very famous during the show and it is still popular. Bharti after her debut on television never looked back and headed forward.

Later, Bharti was seen in “Comedy Circus” and it various seasons. She displayed her various aspects in comedy in these series. She made experiments with her comedy by including magic, music and much more in “Comedy Circus” on Sony TV. 

Bharti was also a contestant on the dance reality show called “ Jhalak Dikhla Jaa Story soon >> Read More... ”' aired on Colors TV. During this show, there was some controversy between the show makers and her. She claimed that she did much more than just dancing in the show. Though, Bharti was not a winner, she again projected her unseen side in front of the audience and entertained everyone. She is now also known for her dancing.

Bharti also marked her presence in the serial “Pyar Mein Twist” aired on Star Plus. Besides, she was also seen as a guest in the dance show “Nach Baliye” on Star Plus. Currently, she is hosting “Comedy Nights Bachao” on Colors TV and Fillers on Sony Max TV. 

Not only on television but Bharti is also seen in regional movies.
