He has been awarded the title of The Brand Bull for creating big brands out of small start-ups. At the age of 17 years, Sayan joined his father in WTF, which delivers home-cooked food at different colleges and offices at an affordable price. He is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Where's the Food. He also represented his WTF product in the TV show Shark Tank.

He received a personal invitation from renowned businessman Mr. Ratan Tata after reading his book on entrepreneurship in India. He is a motivational and public speaker. He has given motivational speeches in the TED (Technology, Entertainment, Design) three times and in Josh's talk. Sayan is Times Icon of the Year and an MTV (Music Television) dropout Finalist. He founded a platform, Shuru School, which is all about Finance (Basics of Stock Marketing, Trading, and Investing) in Bangla.
