Siddharth Hirwe

Siddharth Hirwe is a Hindi creative director and television producer. He pursued his high school education at VG Vaze College of Arts, Science and Commerce, and then obtained his Bachelor’s degree from the same college in Mass communication. Siddharth began his career as an intern at Aarohi Film Society, an independent film organisation. His journey as an assistant producer took off when he joined Viacom 18 Media Pvt, Ltd. as a creative content creator at MTV India, VH1 India and Nickelodeon India in 2011. Some of his notable works include MTV Roadies X, MTV Splitsvilla 4, Nick Squap Activation and MTV Bakra Over 5 years, while working for Viacom 18 Pvt Ltd, Siddharth was an assistant producer for MTV Creative and Content.

His work entailed the development of reality shows and fiction series as well as production and post-production responsibilities. He was involved in shows like Kaisi Yeh Yaarian (1 and 2), MTV Stunt Mania 3 Underground and MTV Captain Shack. He then joined BBC Studios in 2017 as an associate creative director and has since explored as a creative director and a senior creative director. He became the head of scripted development and led a team of talented writers for various scripted and fiction shows. His most recent works include “Criminal Justice: Behind closed doors” in 2020 and Out of Love in 2021.
